Choi Sooyoung has publicly expressed her heartfelt support for her fellow Girls’ Generation member Tiffany Young ‘s upcoming wedding.
The press conference for the new drama I DOL I was held on December 16th at D-Cube City in Seoul, with stars Sooyoung and Kim Jae Young in attendance.
When asked about Tiffany’s recent relationship news, Choi Sooyoung couldn’t hide her happiness. “I am so happy. It’s truly joyful news, ” she said. “I’m cheering for her so much. “

Tiffany Young recently confirmed she is in a relationship with actor Byun Yo Han , her co-star in the Disney Plus series Uncle Samsik . Reports indicate the couple is preparing for a wedding next autumn.
While their agencies stated that a specific date hasn’t been finalized, they confirmed, “Both actors have expressed their wish to inform fans first as soon as their plans are set. “
Tiffany also shared the news personally on social media, writing, “I am currently in a serious relationship with someone with marriage in mind. ” She described Byun Yo Han as “someone who gives me stability and makes me view the world with positivity and hope. “
Choi Sooyoung is currently promoting I DOL I , a mystery courtroom romance where she plays Maeng Se Na , a star lawyer and secret fangirl. The plot kicks off when she takes on the defense of her “ultimate bias,” the idol Do Ra Ik (played by Kim Jae Young), who has been accused of murder.
The drama promises a mix of thrill and romance as Maeng Se Na fights to prove her idol’s innocence while hiding her true identity as a fan.
I DOL I premieres on December 22nd at 10 PM KST on Genie TV and ENA.

Fans were surprised to see another set of celebrities making wedding announcements for 2026. Byun Yo Han and Girls’ Generation member Tiffany Young are set to become husband and wife.
According to entertainment industry sources on December 13th, the couple plans to hold their wedding next fall. They reportedly developed a romantic relationship after the Disney Plus original series Uncle Samsik , which premiered in May 2024, and are now tying the knot after approximately one and a half years of dating.
Despite their demanding schedules, the pair continued their relationship with mutual consideration. It is understood that they decided to marry based on deep trust.
The couple first met on the set of ‘Uncle Samsik,’ and Byun Yo Han and Tiffany Young previously showcased passionate romantic acting, including a kiss scene, which demonstrated their chemistry in the series.
At the time, Tiffany Young commented on her acting and connection with Byun Yo Han, stating, “I was a huge fan of actor Byun Yo Han, and on set, he was like a unicorn.
