Good Partner continues to achieve soaring viewership ratings. Even a 3-week break didn’t pose a problem.
SBS’s Friday-Saturday drama Good Partner resumed airing on August 16th after a 3-week hiatus due to the Paris Olympics broadcast. According to Nielsen Korea, Episode 6 of Good Partner recorded a 13.6% rating, while Episode 7 reached 17.7%.
In last week’s episode, the hidden divorce story of Han Yuri’s (played by Nam Ji Hyun ) mother (Seo Jung Yeon) was revealed. Kim Hee Ra (Lee Jin Hee), the mistress of Han Yuri’s father, had visited Cha Eun Kyung’s ( Jang Na Ra ) office. Cha Eun Kyung remembered that she had once provided legal representation for Han Yuri’s father and his mistress, Kim Hee Ra.
Kim Hee Ra brazenly greeted Han Yuri and then presented a document claiming that Han Yuri’s father had given her the house. She went further and suggested that Han Yuri should be fired, claiming that Han Yuri had cost her a job in the past. When Cha Eun Kyung refused the suggestion, Kim Hee Ra escalated it into a threat.
