Fans of JUST B were in for a surprising night when Member Bain came out to fans at the group’s JUST ODD world tour stop in Los Angeles.

“Tonight, I’m gonna share something with you guys– I’m fucking proud to be a part of the LGBT community.” The viral moment took over Twitter (X) by storm. On April 22, 2025, JUST B took the stage to promote their hit songs like debut track “Damage,” “TICK TOCK,” “Medusa” and their new special fan song “CHEST.” During the group members’ solo performances, BAIN heated up the crowd with his extreme fashion flair, equipped with a fan, large fur coat and some sexy moves to boot. He began performing Lady Gaga’s famous LGBTQIA+ anthem “Born This Way” and proclaimed his sexual identity with confidence while thanking the artist for giving him strength. Bain will be making history in K-pop and may bring JUST B to even newer heights as he can live truly on the stage and not hidden behind a veil of secrecy just to obtain fame and appease fans. Bain, real name Song Byung Hee, is currently 25 years old. Vocalist of JUST B, and responsible for composing tracks like “My Way,” he is from Daejeon, Korea and can speak English, Korean and Mandarin, making him a favorite among international fans.

In Korean media, soloists like Holland face issues with support from main broadcasts and more for being gay and considered having 19+ concepts. Hong Seok Cheon is another famous celebrity known for receiving horrific career-ending backlash from the public after coming out as well. More recently, actress Youn Yuh Jung made a jaw-dropping revelation in an interview, saying, “My eldest son is gay and he met a partner in New York and got married.” A shocking statement that rippled across Korean media as well.
