KBS2’s upcoming weekend drama Eun-Soo’s Good Day (literal translation) is officially underway, with its first script reading unveiling an impressive cast and intense storyline.
Eun-Soo’s Good Day follows the unlikely alliance between Kang Eun Soo, a mother desperate to protect her family, and Lee Kyung, a duplicitous teacher. Their lives collide after they stumble upon a bag of drugs.
Joining the script reading were director Song Hyun Wook, writer Jeon Young Shin, and the full ensemble cast, including Lee Young Ae , Kim Young Kwang, Park Yong Woo, Bae Soo Bin and more.

The cast delivered powerful performances that immediately set the tone at the script reading. Lee Young Ae stood out with her portrayal of a desperate yet resilient mother, while Kim Young Kwang brought tension as a teacher hiding a dark double life. Park Yong Woo impressed as a detective haunted by past wounds. The rest of the ensemble also shone in their roles, heightening anticipation for the drama’s emotionally charged and suspenseful storyline.

Lee Young Ae remarked, “I hope Eun-Soo’s Good Day becomes a turning point for both KBS dramas and for me as an actress.”
