Netflix has officially announced the production and cast of The Art of Sarah (working title) starring Shin Hye Sun and Lee Jun Hyuk . Helmed by My Name and Extracurricular director Kim Jin Min, this upcoming series promises a riveting exploration of identity, desire and deception.
Shin Hye Sun takes on the role of Sarah Kim, a mysterious character whose name is everywhere, yet she can’t be found anywhere. As the head of a high-end brand’s Asia branch, she suddenly becomes the victim in an unidentified murder case.
Opposite her is Lee Ju Hyuk, playing Mu Gyeong, a relentless detective in the violent crimes unit. As Mu Gyeong investigates Sarah’s murder case, he uncovers startling details about her identity. With each clue, a tangled web of false names, fabricated histories, and concealed ambitions begins to unravel.
