Netflix’s latest Korean action film Mantis has rocketed up the charts, claiming No. 3 on the Global Top 10 Non-English Films just three days after its debut.
Released September 26th, the film logged more than 7 million views in its opening weekend, landing in the Top 10 lists of 44 countries including South Korea, Spain, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Peru.
Front and center are Yim Si Wan , Park Gyu Young and Jo Woo Jin , who headline the high-stakes thriller. Yim stars as Mantis , an elite hitman making a comeback after a long hiatus. Park plays Jae Yi, his former trainee turned rival, while Jo appears as Dok Go, a retired assassin whose return intensifies the fight for supremacy in a world where the rules of the underworld no longer apply.
