SHINee’s Key is facing mounting questions from fans after some people spotted what they believe is a connection between him and the woman known as Park Na Rae’s controversial “injection aunt.”
In the clip, A is heard saying, “Comme-Des, why are you like this? I’ve known you for over 10 years—why are you still glaring at me? Garçons doesn’t do that.” Both Comme-Des and Garçons are the pets Key has long shared with viewers, fueling speculation that A and Key may have known each other for years.

A has since deleted all posts linked to Key, but fans continue to comment: “Please explain the photo,” “We need a statement,” and “Key, say something soon.”
Dispatch previously reported that Park Na Rae allegedly received nutrient IVs and antidepressant prescriptions from A at her residence. The term “injection aunt” is Korean slang for individuals who illegally administer IV drips in unlicensed spaces.
Park Na Rae’s agency said they believed A was licensed and insisted the injections were only simple nutrient drips, not propofol, adding they have not been in contact recently. But as backlash intensified, A defended herself online, claiming she studied in Inner Mongolia, served as the youngest professor at a medical university hospital, and even helped establish a Korean plastic surgery center there.
Medical groups quickly refuted her claims. The “Coalition of Doctors for Fair Society” stated that the supposed university “does not exist,” calling it a ghost school. They also stressed that Chinese medical school graduates cannot take Korea’s medical board exam—making any procedures A performed in Korea “illegal.”
The Korean Medical Association echoed the statement, calling the actions “undeniably unlicensed medical practice.”
Meanwhile, it has resurfaced that Key’s mother previously worked as a nurse at a university hospital in Chilgok, Gyeongbuk, eventually becoming head nurse before retiring last year.
