The person who first raised school bullying allegations against Song Ha Yoon is doubling down on their claims. The accuser , identified only with the last name Oh, has issued a third statement directly challenging Song Ha Yoon’s explanations after being hit with a lawsuit.
On July 2nd, Song Ha Yoon’s legal reps announced they had filed a criminal complaint against the accuser on charges of defamation and obstruction of business. They also revealed that Oh had been uncooperative during the investigation and was placed on a wanted list through an official police notification.
But Oh pushed back, claiming, “This isn’t a criminal manhunt or a forced warrant based on flight risk or noncompliance—it’s just an administrative step that temporarily paused the investigation due to my extended stay overseas.”
They also released screenshots of their KakaoTalk messages with the police, which explained that while a notification and a formal warrant are technically both considered types of “wanted status,” a notification can be issued purely as an administrative measure when someone is overseas for an extended period and unavailable for questioning—allowing the investigation to be temporarily paused.
Oh stated, “Even the investigators confirmed that this was a simple administrative step. Using it to label me a criminal is pure malicious distortion.” They emphasized that he had already fully cooperated with police through written statements and document submissions, no longer listed as noncompliant.
Oh didn’t stop there—they once again questioned the real reason behind Song Ha Yoon’s forced school transfer. “If she has nothing to hide, then she should release the original records—her academic file, any disciplinary notes—and personally explain why she was forcibly transferred and why school violence allegations followed her,” he argued.
They concluded by urging Song Ha Yoon to stop dodging the real issue and “face the public honestly,” calling for an official apology and a correction from the press.
