JTBC has unveiled the main trailer for My Youth , the highly anticipated romance drama starring Song Joong Ki, Chun Woo Hee, Lee Joo Myung, and Seo Ji Hun.

My Youth tells the story of Sun Woo Hae (played by Song Joong Ki ), a man who starts an ordinary life later than most, and Sung Je Yeon ( Chun Woo Hee ), the woman who is forced to break her first love’s serenity. The series brings together director Lee Sang Yeob of Yumi’s Cells and Familiar Wife and writer Park Si Hyun of Run On , a pairing that has already raised excitement among K-drama fans.

Once celebrated as a national child actor, Sun Woo Hae is now a florist roaming flower markets before dawn, narrating in a subdued voice: “I think I learned too early—that there’s comfort in not having.” The line hints at the painful past of a boy who burned through his prime too quickly.

Meanwhile, Je Yeon, Tae Rin (Lee Joo Myung), and Seok Joo (Seo Ji Hun) have also drifted far from childhood dreams. Once aspiring to practice law, Je Yeon now struggles as a manager in the entertainment world. Former child actress Tae Rin has lost the confidence to reveal her true self, while Seok Joo, heir apparent to Phil Entertainment, lives in restless ennui despite his guaranteed path forward.

The trailer builds to an emotional crescendo: “Just one small stone was taken out, and everything came crashing down. The rain fell on your life only so it could clear.” As first loves reunite after 15 years, their chemistry feels as immediate as if they had only parted yesterday. Woo Hae’s closing words—“Even just once in a while, I want my world to feel beautiful again”—heighten the sense of longing and rekindled youth.

My Youth will air every Friday at 8:50 PM KST on JTBC with two consecutive episodes. In Korea, it will also stream on Coupang Play, while international audiences can watch via Fuji TV’s FOD in Japan, Viu across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa, and Rakuten Viki in the Americas, Europe, Oceania, the Middle East, and India.
