Episode 4 of When the Stars Gossip takes viewers on a thrilling ride as Eve Kim (played by Gong Hyo Jin ) faces a life-threatening situation in space. Stranded outside the space station while repairing the G.O-10 spacecraft, Eve is flung away during an attempt to retrieve a small wire. Her glove is damaged, and this leads to a rapid drop in pressure and a slowing heartbeat.
Unaware of the danger, Gong Ryong ( Lee Min Ho ) reads Eve’s will. In it, she wrote, “My adoptive father was an American astronaut. He used to say, ‘In the infinite vastness of space, you’ll realize all life is equal.’ He also said, ‘Everything alive is a miracle.’” Her will also includes her father’s words of wisdom and requests, such as, “Run on the treadmill for two hours,” and “Change the IV for the operated male mouse and dress its wound.”
