BLACKPINK’s Rosé and American pop star Bruno Mars have created a sensation with their duet “APT.,” sparking fans’ curiosity about Rosé’s own ‘apt.’ life.
Maeil Business Newspaper reported on October 28th that Rosé is reportedly renting the top floor of Yongsan Prugio Summit in Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Her apartment is located on the 38th floor and is a duplex with two bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor, plus two additional bedrooms and an outdoor terrace on the second floor. The unit’s estimated sale price is around 10 billion KRW (approximately $7.5 million).

Meanwhile, “APT.” was released on October 18th as a pre-release single from Rosé’s first solo album. Inspired by the Korean drinking game “Apt Game,” the song has topped domestic charts like Melon, Genie, and Bugs.
Moreover, Rosé’s agency announced that the song debuted at No. 8 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, making it the highest-charting debut ever for a female K-pop artist. The track also claimed No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 (including the U.S.) and Global 200 (excluding the U.S.) charts. It achieved No. 1 on the Global 200 (including the U.S.) with the second-highest streaming count in Billboard history.
