Sung Han Bin of ZEROBASEONE has issued a formal apology after making a controversial joke on a YouTube show. On September 7th, the singer posted a lengthy message to a fan community platform, apologizing for his “careless words and actions.”
The incident occurred on the September 6th episode of the YouTube channel Kkon Dae Hee , where he appeared with fellow member Seok Matthew. During the show, Seok Matthew commented that Sung Han Bin makes a “strange sound” whenever they drive over a speed bump.
This is a disappointed tweet from a viewer who saw the scene: “ZeroBaseOne members laughing while imitating a woman moaning as if going over a speed bump? Even when a misogynistic controversy breaks out, you stick to hyping them up by linking them with girl groups; that’s really something. I didn’t know Sung Han Bin was like this… I’m disappointed.”
